"I wanted to join the national team in November, it was the coach's decision not to invite me. Sorry, I can't say what the problem is. If he wants, he will say. I cannot answer the question," said the 25-year-old football player.
Kylian Mbappe participated in a match for the French national team last time on September 9, after which he did not receive an invitation from the national team.
The head coach of the national team, Didier Deschamps, announced not to invite the striker to the national team before the last matches of the League of Nations.
