Eyewitnesses informed TASS about this. "Now strong shots are heard in the streets, the opposition is in the city, they are moving forward, there are many people in the streets.
It can be assumed that they are shooting in the air, there are no casualties among civilians," said the interlocutor of the agency.
"They haven't said anything on TV yet, but everyone has seen the video, in which the Prime Minister's statements about the willingness to transfer the ministries peacefully," he added.
Earlier, in a video message published on his Facebook page, the head of the current government of Syria, Mohammed Ghazi al-Jalali, expressed his readiness to transfer power to the Syrian militants peacefully.
