Hayk Kostanyan, Yerevan Mayor's spokesperson's note:
"Dear colleagues, I inform you that the basis for the dismissal of 18 drivers is as follows: Articles 113 and 122 of the RA Labor Code, according to which the employer has the right to terminate the employment contract with an employee who has lost trust, if the employee has committed such an act, as a result of which the employer suffered or could have suffered material loss.
The employer has the right to terminate the employment contract without notifying the employee in the cases provided for on this basis.
