The President of Poland paid tribute to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide


President of Poland Andrzej Duda visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial and paid tribute to the memory of the Genocide victims.

According to "Armenpress", the President of Poland was accompanied by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Paruyr Hovhannisyan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Armen Pambukhchyan.

The President of Poland laid a wreath at the monument commemorating the victims of the Armenian Genocide, bowed flowers at the eternal flame.

On April 19, 2005, the Polish Parliament adopted a decision to recognize the Armenian Genocide.
