According to the decision of the head of the RA food safety inspection body, the activity of the public catering facility belonging to individual entrepreneur Lusik Karapetyan in the city of Ararat region has been suspended.
During the supervision carried out by the inspectors of the Ararat regional center of the inspection body, gross violations of sanitary and hygienic norms were recorded, in particular:
* adequate conditions for working in hygienic conditions were not provided in the food facility,
* the walls did not have smooth, easily cleaned and disinfected surfaces,
* the artificial ventilation systems did not work,
* the crew's dressing room was missing,
* the periodicity of cleaning, disinfection, disinfestation and destruction of rodents is not defined.
A deadline for the elimination of violations has been set.
In case of non-execution or improper execution of the decision, liability will be applied in accordance with the law.
