On November 18, Argishti Kyaramyan held the last working meeting with the participation of the RA Investigative Committee's management team, heads of structural divisions, as well as the heads of the Committee's staff divisions, announcing his decision to leave the position of RA Investigative Committee chairman.

Argishti Kyaramyan thanked his colleagues for the joint work done during the years of his tenure, for jointly implementing the initiatives aimed at strengthening the Investigative Committee, and for jointly overcoming the difficult problems facing them.

Argishti Kyaramyan emphasized that significant results have been recorded from his goals aimed at strengthening the system in many directions, related to equipping the system with professional professional potential, instilling fair and unified principles of recruitment and promotion, increasing the social guarantees of investigators with the support of the Government, principles and approaches of teamwork in the Investigative Committee. with investing.

He also noted that with joint efforts, it was possible to ensure the smooth enforcement of the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Codes, avoiding disruptions and serious problems in the work process, and due to the introduction of the Institute of Judges examining proceedings on private accusations, prerequisites were created for a significant decrease in the workload of investigators.

Mr. Kyaramyan also considered the creation of a unified pre-investigative body on behalf of the RA Investigative Committee and the realization of the goal set from the beginning to remove the pre-investigation from departmental subordination and interests as important results, as well as the creation of the RA Investigative Committee Expert Criminology Center, which entered the technological in the case of saturation cycle and further implementation of the planned development programs, the quality and speed level of the examinations carried out by the Center will increase significantly.

Argishti Kyaramyan also highlighted the importance of 2020. The huge amount of work done with the criminal proceedings related to the 44-day war, the results and records of which will have historical significance, and for him personally, highlighting the general picture and problems with a full impartial examination was an absolute priority.

Mr. Kyaramyan urged his colleagues to continue to serve the state with the same zeal and dedication, to implement unfinished projects and to contribute to the continuous development of the RA Investigative Committee.
