On November 16, around 1:30 p.m., the 1st Battalion of the Yerevan Regiment of the Police Patrol Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs received operational information that shots were fired in the village of Qaghtsrashen, Ararat Marz, reports Shamshyan.com.

According to the operational information received, the patrols of the Ararat Marz battalion and the Artashat community police presented 33-year-old Armen G. and 29-year-old Marlen A., residents of the Ararat Marz, to the Artashat Police Department. On the spot, it turns out that Armen G. was driving a "BMW" car in the motorcade of the wedding ceremony in Kh. Abovyan and S. At the intersection of Shahumyan streets, he fired 2 shots into the air from his pistol.

The suspect presented the gun, which was loaded with 4 bullets, to the police and patrols, and under the pressure of the facts, he admitted that he fired shots from inside the "BMW".
