BFMTV: police freed hostages from a restaurant near Paris


All four hostages have been freed from a restaurant in the Parisian suburb of Issy-les-Moulineaux, and their captor has been detained. The TV channel reported thisBFMTV.

According to him, none of the hostages were injured. Negotiations with the man holding them hostage lasted about three hours. The police did not use firearms during the arrest.

The area around the restaurant was cordoned off for several tens of meters by law enforcement officers; a special forces detachment of the Parisian police BRI, as well as snipers, arrived at the scene.
