Ukrainian drones have attacked the Perm region. Ukrainian drones have carried out massive strikes on industrial facilities, the governor Dmitry Makhonin said, without specifying which enterprises were involved.
ASTRA journalists confirmed that in Berezniki (180 kilometers from Perm) there was one of the branches of the Uralkhim company, Azot.
This is a large manufacturer of nitrogen fertilizers and chemical raw materials, which are also used in the production of explosives. The enterprise employs about 2,500 people. Employees of the facility told ASTRA about the explosions and the suspension of the technological process. After the attack, residents of Berezniki complained about the chemical smell, Perm 36.6 notes.
According to media reports, classes in the city's schools have been canceled, and scheduled patient visits have been canceled in clinics. Uralkhim has not yet officially commented on the consequences of the attack. This is not the first Ukrainian strike on the company; drones have already attacked Berezniki in October 2025.
