The death toll from a landslide in northern Nepal has risen to 1,367, China Central Television reported on Wednesday, citing Nepalese authorities.
"According to the latest figures released by the Nepal National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Administration, the death toll from a landslide in Nepal has reached 1,367 as of 11:00 a.m. local time on September 9," the channel said.
It said "about 5,132" people were still missing.
Earlier, the channel had reported 1,355 dead and 4,996 missing.
