On November 9, at 20:56, the crisis management center of the Shirak Regional Rescue Department received an alert that an accident occurred on the highway leading to Getk village.
One combat unit from the fire-rescue squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs went to the scene.
It was found that "VAZ" car (driver: H. G., born in 1957) and "KamAZ" truck (driver: A. B., born in 1984) collided at the end of Getk village.
Before arriving at the place where the rescuers were called, the driver of the "VAZ" car, passengers A. A. (born in 1990), J. H. (born in 2011), H. H. (born in 2014) and A. H. (born in 2022) were taken out of the car by local forces.
Local doctors recorded H. G.'s death, and the injured were taken to medical centers.
The rescuers cut off the power to the "VAZ" car, closed the gas cylinder valve and partially removed the truck's coupling from the traffic lane. the highway is one-way.
