"Hraparak" writes that Vahe Hakobyan, the chairman of the "Reviving Armenia" party, former deputy of the "Haraistan" faction, filed a lawsuit against Andranik Kocharyan back in 2022.
In the submitted lawsuit, he demanded to be obliged to publicly deny the defamatory statements about Hakobyan made on the air of the Public TV Company, to apologize for the insult and to compensate the non-material damage caused by the defamation and insult. Hakobyan was particularly offended by Kocharyan's word "matador".
We learned that after a four-year investigation, the court of first instance completely rejected Hakobyan's claim, and the trial dragged on for years as a result of the defendant Andranik Kocharyan's repeated objections to the judges.
