During the inspection carried out by the food safety inspection body at the public catering facility "Art Lunch" ("IT Park" business center) operating at 6/12 Abelyan Street, Yerevan, of the "Ready-Steady" SP company, it was found that the requirements established by the legislation were violated, in particular:
in the storage part of the public food facility, where fruits and vegetables were washed and cut, there was a dressing room separated by a blind, which was not located in such a way as to exclude the accumulation of dirt, the penetration of foreign particles into the food,
the structure was not provided with detergents and disinfectants, with a separate storage area for food,
the floor of the spare part did not have a smooth surface and was not kept in a new and clean condition,
the pipes on the walls were exposed to corrosion, some parts of the kitchen walls did not have a smooth surface and were not kept in a new, clean condition,
parts of the storage area and kitchen ceiling were not designed to prevent the accumulation of dirt, condensation, mold growth and the possibility of particulates falling;
the door opening immediately outside in the kitchen of the public catering establishment was not provided with an insect protection net.
According to the decision of the head of the inspection body, the production activity of the public food facility was suspended until the detected violations are eliminated.
The separate function of the production activity of the public catering organization operating at Babajanyan 40/1, Yerevan Babajanyan 40/1 of the "Ready-Steady" SP company, the production of the "frozen semi-finished kupati" product, was also suspended. a hazardous food release was reported here.
Thus, the laboratory examination recorded that this product did not comply with the norms defined by the technical regulations of the Customs Union with the indicators of "mesophilic aerobic facultative anaerobic bacteria" (MAFAnMK), "bacteria of the group of intestinal fungi" (ACKHM) and "fungus".
Inspections are ongoing in all "Art Lunch" branches.
