Five employees of the educational institution were killed as a result of the shooting that took place at Thepsirin Nonthaburi Secondary School in the suburbs of Bangkok, Nonthaburi province. Bangkok Post reports the details of the tragedy.
Among the victims are the deputy director of the school, the director's secretary, the school psychologist-educator, the Thai language teacher and the mathematics lecturer.
According to the newspaper, the shooting was organized by a student of the ninth grade. The teenager fired more than 30 shots from the gun, after which he died. Later it was found out that among his victims there were also two relatives - grandparents.
Law enforcement agencies are investigating the circumstances of the incident. The motives of the attack have not been officially announced yet.
Recall that earlier it was reported that 7 people were killed and 15 people were injured as a result of the shooting at the school in Thailand.
