Three soldiers of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps were killed as a result of US strikes on Zanjan province in the northwest of the Islamic Republic, the IRGC press service reported. Earlier, the Central Command (CENTCOM) reported that US forces completed another wave of strikes on Iran on Thursday night.
"This morning in Zanjan province, three IRGC soldiers were killed as a result of the US attack on Iran," said the IRGC statement, which was quoted by Iran's Fars news agency. On July 8, US President Donald Trump announced that the ceasefire signed with Iran on the night of June 18 is no longer valid.
Since July 8, the US military has carried out several attacks on Iran.
