By the way, Sevak Melkonyan's father, Karen Melkonyan, is the deputy head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. However, the personnel changes do not end there. According to the information received by the "Zhoghovurd" daily newspaper, Vahan Papikyan, acting head of the procurement department of the Yerevan Municipality, will most likely be dismissed from his position according to his own application.
