Five years after the murder of Artur Ghazaryan, "Kanakertsi Tui", former deputy of the National Assembly Artush Simonyan and two other people, the investigation of the case is coming to an end.
The accuser and the victim demanded in their speech that the persons involved in the case be recognized as guilty, and the defense side be acquitted. The verdict will be published in the Yerevan Criminal Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Judge Manvel Shahverdyan, in the coming days.
The murder took place in 2021. in November in Kanaker. Four people were killed during the incident, including Artur Ghazaryan and Artush Simonyan. The murder happened in the latter's house.
During the investigation, which lasted for about four years, the court considered inadmissible the video recorded by the cameras located in the yard of the house, where, according to the injured party, it is reflected that the first shot was not fired by the injured party.
