Vayots Dzor Marz Governor Vahagn Arsenyan writes:
"I inform you that I have given up the mandate of the deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and will continue my activities as the governor of Vayots Dzor. During the election campaign, I have repeatedly stated that I will continue my work for the sake of Vayots Dzor and its residents.
Today, I am still faithful to that promise, continuing the assumed responsibility. My priority remains the solution of the problems facing the region and the implementation of new programs for the benefit of the development and future of Vayots Dzor. There are many important programs and initiatives ahead that we must implement together.
I am sure that thanks to joint work, mutual trust and consistent efforts, we will continue the development of the region, creating new opportunities and ensuring the further progress of Vayots Dzor."
