Democrats have started "eyeballing each other" because of the elections. Axios:

Members of the US Democratic Party have begun to "eyeball each other" and look for culprits for the defeat of Kamala Harris in the elections. This is reportedAxios:the portal. According to journalists, the Democrats are "depressed and shocked" by the decisive defeat of the White House and the Senate, in which the Republicans won the majority after the elections.

Some representatives of the party want to take advantage of this difficult moment to try to redefine the party in their own image. "Instead of asking, 'How can people vote for Donald Trump?', we should be asking, 'Why are people voting for Donald Trump?'" said one member of the party. Senator Bernie Sanders said the Democratic Party has abandoned the working class. He believes that the party will not be able to learn real lessons from this presidential campaign.

Democratic members of Congress Jamal Bowman and Ro Khanna have voiced similar criticisms.

One House Democrat said they mostly blame Harris, but aren't sure if the incumbent, Joe Biden, would be any better. The next presidential elections in the USA took place on November 5.

To win, one of the candidates had to receive at least 270 electoral votes. Fox News reported that Trump received at least 295 votes. Harris has already accepted defeat.
