This fact has caused worries in Azerbaijan, moreover, the euphoria in the Baku media about the results of the parliamentary elections has already decreased. and there are references to the fact that the peace agreement promised by Pashinyan can be "written on ice".
"Now, without constitutional amendments, Pashinyan will not be able to sign a peace treaty or establish diplomatic relations with Baku and can only take certain steps in the fields of trade and transport," some Azerbaijani analysts write. More details in today's issue of the newspaper.
