According to the judicial authority, the Anti-Corruption Court has received about 400 search requests from the Anti-Corruption Committee in the last two months, as well as more than 160 requests for preventive measures.
About 10% of restraining order petitions were rejected, which means that the information spread in the press about the majority of restraining order petitions being rejected by the court is not true.
The motions referred to alleged bribery and violation of the ban on charity during elections. At the moment, there are petitions in the court, which are still under consideration.
