RA President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree appointing Artak Karapetyan as a judge of the first instance general jurisdiction criminal court of Yerevan.
"Based on Article 139, Part 1 and Article 166, Part 6 of the Constitution, as well as the recommendation submitted by the decision of the Supreme Judicial Council dated November 5, 2024 BDKH-103-O-233, to appoint Artak Karapetyan as the judge of the first instance of the city of Yerevan a judge of the criminal court of general jurisdiction," the decision stated.
By another presidential decree, Karine Davtyan was appointed a judge of the general jurisdiction court of Syunik marz.
"Based on Article 139, Part 1 and Article 166, Part 6 of the Constitution, as well as the recommendation submitted by the decision of the Supreme Judicial Council dated November 5, 2024 BDKH-103-O-234, to appoint Karine Davtyan as the first instance judge of Syunik marz judge of the court of general jurisdiction," the decision said.
