Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed decrees imposing new sanctions in sync with the 20th package of EU restrictions.
16 Russian citizens and 31 companies from the Russian Federation, Belarus, UAE, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan came under sanctions.
The restrictions apply to heads of Russian enterprises, representatives of military structures, as well as companies of the defense-industrial complex, manufacturers of radio-electronic warfare systems, software and components for drones.
In addition, sanctions were imposed against 19 Iranian, 7 Sudanese and 11 Iranian companies related to ballistic missile and drone production programs.
