The court of first instance extended the detention period of Lyova Banduryan, the son of Ara Banduryan, who is considered a criminal authority, and Misak Pashikyan, who is involved in the case, by 3 months.
This was stated by the General Prosecutor's Office in response to the question of "Hraparak". We were informed that after confirming the criminal case, the supervising prosecutor sent it to the court.
This criminal case will be examined in the court of Gegharkunik region, chaired by Karen Hakobyan. preliminary court hearings have taken place.
