"Fact" daily writes:
Avetik Chalabyan, the coordinator of the "HayaVote" national civic association, in one of the interviews recently made a rather remarkable statement regarding the "amendment draft" of the Constitution by Pashinyan's government at Aliyev's request.
What did Avetik Chalabyan say? First, he emphasized that the CP decided to keep this "change project" secret until the elections. It is already incomprehensible.
According to Avetik Chalabyan, the reasons for this secrecy are due not only to the removal of the reference to the Declaration of Independence from the preamble of the Constitution, but also to the changes that the KPA government wants to make regarding the right to acquire land.
In particular, the coordinator of "HayaVote" emphasizes that, according to his information, the aforementioned draft is intended to remove from the Constitution the provision by which foreigners are prohibited from owning land in Armenia.
3: Paused The purpose of lifting that ban, as it is not difficult to guess, is that Turks and Azerbaijanis will get the right to acquire and own land in Armenia.
Daniel Ioannisyan, who is well-known to the public and is a member of the "constitutional reform council" in addition to being a supporter of the Pashinyan regime, declares that "it is a lie, there is no such thing."
In any case, he made a pathetic post on his Facebook page, as we mentioned, he said that "in the draft, on the contrary, it is planned to tighten this regulation and prohibit legal entities with foreign participation from buying land."
But the end of Ioannisyan's post is more magnificent. "...Let me say that there is nothing secret in the process of constitutional reforms, the entire content is transparent, I will be happy to answer any questions related to the content."
Stop! One more minute. And why should Daniel Ioannisyan answer the questions, so to speak, enlighten the public about what project they got with the collective efforts of their council, what is written there and what is not written there?
No, seriously, again. The "educational" programs of Kav Litz, Pashinyan and CP have not yet reached the point where the majority of society is illiterate and ignorant. Everyone can read and write, especially read. Well, if there is no such thing written in the "amendment draft" of the Constitution, publish that draft. What is the complication?
Publish it, and the people will look and make sure who is telling the truth and vice versa.
What's more, as the aforementioned person says, "the content is transparent." Is it transparent? Very kind. Publish. Rather than "ask, I'll tell". In other words, Ioannisyan or another member of the commission is also an intermediary to read the official text and retell it to the public?
And is it possible that the government draft of the Constitution's "form" is not published before the elections just for "pre-election reasons?" You know, very possible. Do you know what they wrote in that project? Maybe they wrote such things that if published before the elections, the ranks of Pashinyan's supporters, which are already thin, will thin even more?
