The Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, congratulated Donald Trump on his victory in the US presidential elections and expressed his desire to work with him again.
"I congratulate the newly elected President Donald Trump on his victory in the US elections," the head of the Arab state wrote on his X social network page.
He noted that he is looking forward to working with Trump again.
"I look forward to working together again to strengthen our strategic relationship and partnership, as well as advance our efforts to ensure security and stability both in the region and globally," said the Emir of Qatar.
