On the instructions of Nikol Pashinyan, envoys were appointed who negotiate with business circles to use them for the benefit of the government.
Envoys are different. in one place are the "Kharoshis" and problem solvers of the given area, in one place are the marz heads and community heads, in another place are the security forces or businessmen from the CP. The so-called "jobs" are blackmail and threats. "Either you are with us, or we will dispossess you, let's fill the prisons."
Moreover, after saying all that, they necessarily emphasize that they came to talk on behalf of Nikol Pashinyan. Some businessmen countered that they have never interfered with political processes and topics for 30 years, and now they have no such desire, but the government does not accept any such justification, it qualifies non-interference as sabotage against itself, therefore, they convey the prime minister's instruction: either you work or you appear on the "black list".
