The President of the International Criminal Court, Judge Tomoko Akane, who arrived in Armenia to participate in the third international forum "Yerevan Dialogue", visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial, accompanied by Victor Biyagov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The guests laid flowers near the eternal fire and observed a minute of silence in memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide. They visited the Armenian Genocide Museum, where they got acquainted with the permanent and temporary exhibitions. At the end, Mrs. Tomoko Akane made a note in the Guest of Honor Book.
