The Central Bank, within the framework of its supervision, found out that "Haypost" company did not publish the 2023 annual financial reports and the audit report approved by the external audit conclusion within 6 months after the end of the financial year in the press with at least 2000 copies and did not submit it to the Central Bank.
According to Iravaban.net, a fine of AMD 300,000 was imposed on the company for committing the violation. The violations recorded at the time of the decision have been eliminated.
