Narek Sargsyan, the press secretary of the Minister of Internal Affairs, told "Haykakan Zhamanak" that the driver of the mentioned car, according to the 18th part of Article 124 of the Code on Administrative Offenses (Vehicle drivers leaving the oncoming traffic lane), the police patrol service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs the patrols were fined 25 thousand drams, and 3 penalty points were deducted.
