On August 29, 2023, the General Prosecutor's Office submitted a claim to the Anti-Corruption Court for the confiscation of property of illegal origin against Manuk Hakobyan, the assistant of the former head of the Abovyan community of Kotayk Marz, Karapet Guloyan, and his wife.
The investigation of the civil case regarding the claim for confiscation of the other properties included in the claim is ongoing.
