The hearing will take place at 15:00 Hague time, and the verdict will be read by the President of the Court, Nawaf Salam.
Let us remind you that on September 16, 2021, Armenia initiated a case against Azerbaijan regarding alleged violations of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. On April 21, Azerbaijan submitted a preliminary objection to the court.
