The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, sent a message to the summit, in which he again made absurd accusations against the Armenian side. Thus, Aliyev accused Armenia of "engaging in an unfair war", "ecocide", "culturcide" and "urbicide", asserting that " "Azerbaijan has been subjected to unjustified territorial claims by the Republic of Armenia."
