Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam has postponed his visit to Washington due to the country's security challenges.
"Given the current domestic political situation and my commitment to fully fulfill my duty to protect the security and unity of the Lebanese people, I have decided to postpone my visit to the United States to coordinate the work of the government from Beirut," he wrote on the X social network.
It should be noted that in the coming days the negotiations between the representatives of Israel and Lebanon are expected in the United States.
