On January 23, it was announced that the last remaining Armenians in Artsakh had moved to Armenia. In particular, 10 Armenians and 1 Russian came to Armenia. It became known to "Hraparak" that one of the Artsakh citizens who came to Armenia, G. Aghayan was taken to a psychiatric hospital, but his relatives took him home. Fred from Artsakh is currently in Aghveran, in an institution that cares for homeless people.
"Hraparak" learned from open sources that the Kotayk regional administration dealt with the issues of accommodating a part of Artsakh citizens. In particular, he signed a contract with the rest area in Arzakan, "Hangsti Shkhar" LLC, under the procedure of purchase from one person.
According to that contract, the recreation area provided accommodation for 7 people: Artsakh residents and accompanying staff. In particular, Kamo Hayrapetyan, Erik Minasyan, Rita Ghazaryan, Vahan Hakobyan, Meruzhan Stepanyan, Vladimir Maitarchyan and Meruzhan Shamiryan were placed here. They rented the hotel rooms for the period from January 23 to March 5 and paid 5 million 952 thousand drams.
During the specified period, the contract was extended once.
