It's amazing, isn't it? And this is not the only case.
Even before this, one avid masked person "suddenly", in one day, became completely independent, non-partisan, apolitical and was appointed Human Rights Defender, another - President of the CEC, the third - a judge (and presided over court sessions on political "cases"), and the fourth - President of the Central Committee.
The line is long, such caps have often appeared in other state structures and commissions that assume independence and non-partisanship. Moreover, we are not talking about state universities, which have been consistently privatized.
