The total value of the contract is 9 million 600 thousand AMD. "Zhoghovurd" daily found out that the range of services is quite wide. it includes managing and executing ads on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok platforms. According to the contract, clear standards were also defined. every month advertising materials must provide at least 2 million views (impression), 1 million 200 thousand access (reach), and at least 750 thousand views on TikTok. In other words, the proud taxpayer and landlord of Armenia and Yerevan pays for the hearts and clicks collected for Tigran Avinyan.
This is puzzling in the sense that citizens continue to face the daily problems of Yerevan: roads full of potholes, damaged and broken cars and unresolved infrastructural issues. However, the municipality headed by Tigran Avinyan gives priority to advertising. Instead of solving the problem, the mayor advertises his own activities in the information field, writing off almost 10 million drams from the budget.
It must be said that in any case, the millions spent on Avinyan's reputation do not have an effect, because Tigran Avinyan is one of the officials who behaved inappropriately with journalists according to the annual report published by the CSPC.
Also, Avinyan is one of the CP officials whose name is mentioned in various corruption stories.
