"Hraparak" newspaper writes:
"Mayor of Ararat Aslan Avetisyan appeared in another scandal. According to the information of "Hraparak", criminal proceedings have been initiated against the mayor of KP, known for his criminal stories, in the Anti-Corruption Committee, which is related to the expropriation of communal lands. We were told that although Avetisyan does not yet have a status in the criminal proceedings, he may be involved as an accused in the near future, the proceedings have just been initiated, and there is no person in the status of an accused.
The anti-corruption committee refused to say under which articles the criminal proceedings were initiated, and did not reveal any other details. Aslan Avetisyan did not answer our calls either. It should be noted that Arsen Hakobyan, the deputy mayor of Ararat, who has the status of an accused, is also undergoing criminal proceedings. Let's also remind that Aslan Avetisyan is also facing other charges.
For example, citizen Gayane Hovnanyan accuses him of killing his father in 2013, Aslanyan also went through the "March 1" case.
