US President Donald Trump is unhappy with the election of Mojtaba Khamenei as the supreme leader of Iran. He told Fox News.
"I am not satisfied," Trump emphasized.
Mojtaba Khamenei is the son of late Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. In an interview with ABC News on March 8, the US president claimed that Iran's next supreme leader "will not last long" without US approval.
The White House, the State Department and the Pentagon have yet to respond to TASS' requests for comment on Mojtaba Khamenei's election.
