Activists hung a photo of former Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the brother of King Charles III, in the Louvre in Paris, which was taken after his interrogation, the Telegraph reported. Andrew was arrested on February 19 in connection with the famous financier Jeffrey Epstein.
The former prince was released only after spending about 12 hours in custody. He is suspected of abuse of official authority. while serving as a trade representative, the British royal family secretly passed government documents to Epstein.
"On Sunday, the British Everybody Hates Ilona movement put Andrew's photo on the wall of a French museum," the article says. Later, as the newspaper notes, the photo was removed.
