BI: a goose broke the windshield of a Flair Airlines plane mid-flight

A goose smashed the windshield of a Canadian Flair Airlines Boeing 737 Max mid-flight.

This was reported by Business Insider with reference to the Transportation Safety Board of Canada. “The plane encountered a flock of geese, and at least one of them hit the windshield,” the publication writes.

The plane returned to the airport. Earlier in New Zealand, a British Boeing made an emergency landing due to an engine fire. According to eyewitnesses, the fire occurred after a bird hit the engine.
