On November 1, at 11:01 p.m., the crisis management center of the Kotayk Regional Rescue Department received an alert that an accident occurred near Noravan district of Dzoraghbyur village, cars collided, and a fire broke out in one of them.
One combat team from the fire-rescue squad of the rescue department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Yerevan and the rescue team of the Special Purpose Rescue Operations Center of the Rescue Forces Department went to the scene. It was found that "Opel" (driver: T. G. born in 2005) and "Moskvich" cars collided. as a result of which a fire broke out in the "Opel" car.
Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver of the "Opel" car was taken to the medical center by the local forces, where his death was recorded. The rescuers cut off the power to the "Moskvich" car, closed the valve of the gas cylinder and brought the driver closer to the ambulance. the victim was hospitalized in a medical center. The fire was isolated at 11:24 p.m. and extinguished at 11:24 p.m. The "Opel" car was burnt.
