Chess player Erik Gasparyan completed the second norm of grandmaster, the Chess Federation of Armenia informs.

"International master Erik Gasparyan completed his second grandmaster norm within the framework of the regional chess tournament "RUDAR XXVIII - GM ROUND ROBIN" held in Serbia.

He scored 7 points out of 9 possible, took the 1st position and improved his international ranking by 22.4 points," the federation said.
