The anti-corruption court accepted another lawsuit filed by the General Prosecutor's Office regarding confiscation of property of illegal origin.
The General Prosecutor's Office's Department for Confiscation of Illegally Sourced Assets presented a request to the court to confiscate in favor of the Republic of Armenia Artur Aleksandri Aghabekyan, former Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, former deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, and his related persons:
- 3 immovable properties. - The right to purchase 4 immovable properties located in the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan.
-1 current market value of real estate.-3 vehicle.-4 participation in legal entities.-27 million 597 thousand drams as the balance of illegal funds.
- 8 million drams, which is not justified by the person's legal income, has an illegal origin, was transferred to a bona fide acquirer, or cannot be identified and confiscated.
