The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov, announced the start of the second day of negotiations in Abu Dhabi with the participation of Russia, the USA and Ukraine.
The second round of negotiations within the tripartite group on the issue of Ukraine took place on Wednesday in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, where representatives of Russia, the USA and Ukraine participated.
"The second day of negotiations has started in Abu Dhabi," Umerov said in a message published on his Telegram channel.
