At least 20 civilians were killed in an attack by a terrorist group on the Doma settlement in Katsina state in the north of Nigeria.
This was reported by the Arise News TV channel, referring to the local authorities.
An unknown number of local people received various degrees of injuries, and more than 100 people were forced to leave their homes and take shelter in the nearby forest.
Yesterday, the Makama portal reported about the air strike carried out by the Nigerian Air Force against terrorist bases in the Faskar region, which includes Doma. As a result of the strike, 27 militants were killed. The airstrike was carried out as part of an anti-terrorist operation.
