"Hetk" revealed that the market value of the private house is about 75.6 million drams, about 21.6 million drams higher than Konjoryan's purchase price, about 54 million drams.
Moreover, the amount of the transaction allows you to use the income tax. "Zhoghovurd" daily reported that at the end of 2025, the RA Anti-Corruption Committee started a detailed check to understand whether the contract value of the price of that private house was intended to benefit from the tax exemption or whether it is considered a market transaction without corruption risks.
And here, "Zhoghovurd" daily newspaper found out from its law enforcement sources that within the framework of inspections, the law enforcement officers demanded relevant documents and contractual justifications from the construction companies from which Konjoryan bought his apartment.
