The representatives of Iran have not had any contact with the special ambassador of the US President Steven Wittkoff in recent days and have not asked for negotiations, said the head of the Foreign Ministry of the Islamic Republic, Abbas Araghchi.
"During the last days, there was no contact between me and Wittkoff. We did not ask for negotiations," Aragchi said, Mehr agency quoted his words.
"Of course, there are countries that act as mediators and consult with us, and we maintain ties with them," added the Iranian Foreign Minister.
