The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sibyga stated that the negotiations with Russia are "very complicated" and the discussions are "very focused". His words were quoted by "European Pravda" newspaper.

Sibiga noted that, in general, there is progress in the negotiations, which is why the tripartite meeting between Russia, Ukraine and the United States in Abu Dhabi is due to this. He also noted that Moscow is "represented by different people" who do not read "pseudo-historical lectures".

"Negotiations are very complicated. However, we can notice a qualitative change in the composition of the Russian delegation. They are different people, and there were no longer those pseudo-historical lectures. The discussions were very focused," he stated.
