A cruise ship overturned near Muscat, the capital of Oman, and three people were killed.
"Initial reports indicate that the ship capsized 2.5 nautical miles (4.6 kilometers) from Sultan Qaboos Port in Mattra. A group of 25 French tourists, an accompanying guide and a captain were on the ship. Three of them were killed, and two more people were injured," said the message of the X social network of the police.
According to the police, the emergency brigades of the civil defense department helped the tourists at the scene of the incident. The case is being investigated.
